Shipping policy

Every order ships from Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, and we personally inspect each order before it goes out.

Free U.S. shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Processing time
Orders placed before 1 PM HST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on postal holidays ship the next business day.

Carrier and delivery
We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed by USPS.

Shipping area
